ESTATE PLANNING, TRUST ADMINISTRATION & ESTATE LITIGATION 

John F. Doyle, as the Principal of WealthPLAN, PC, offers estate planning, trust administration, and estate and trust litigation services in Santa Clara County and surrounding areas. Mr. Doyle brings over 10 years of litigation experience to the firm as well. Prior to joining WealthPLAN, Mr. Doyle worked at a mid-sized litigation firm in Sacramento. Mr. Doyle earned his J.D. from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, in 2009 and his undergraduate from Loyola Marymount University in 2003. Before attending McGeorge School of Law, Mr. Doyle worked as a fund accountant for a custodial bank.  

Mr. Doyle has experience preparing various estate planning and documents including wills, powers of attorney for property, health care directives, revocable trusts, irrevocable trusts, gifting programs and family partnerships. Mr. Doyle’s practice also includes representing both trustees and beneficiaries in trust disputes, including claims of breach of fiduciary duty, removal petitions, and accounting actions. 

Mr. Doyle is active in the legal community and is a member of the Santa Clara County Bar Association and the Silicon Valley Bar Association. He is also on the Estate Planning Council and the Kasner Symposium Planning committee at Santa Clara, large Estate Planning Sympoium for attorneys and wealth advisors. He has been a key note speaker and covers and covers every type of Trust including AB Qtips, AB Marital Trusts, ILIT’s, Dynasty Trusts, CRUT’s, etc. He also presented on different entity structures and how to choose the correct one. He has recently started speaking to other wealth advisors so they have a better understanding of what their clients’ needs may be. Each year he takes on new challenges and with that comes more understanding of the needs of our clients.
