Attorney and founder of WealthPLAN, PC, Frank Doyle brings nearly 35 years of legal experience in tax, estate planning, probate, trust administration and litigation. He is certified by The State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization as a specialist in both Estate Planning, Trust & Probate Law and Taxation Law.
 
Frank is a Professor of Law at Lincoln University School of Law where he teaches Wills and Trusts. Frank was named Professor of the Year for the 2004-2005 Academic Year. He is a frequent lecturer for the California Continuing Education of the Bar (CEB), National Business Institute (NBI) and Lorman Educational Seminars as well as other continuing professional educational organizations. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Santa Clara County Estate Planning Council and a member of the Executive Board of the Silicon Valley Bar Association. In addition Frank has recently received a Martindale-Hubbell ® rating of AV ®, which is the highest rating a lawyer can receive.

Frank Doyle received his J. D. degree from the University of San Francisco Law School, his M. S. in Taxation from Golden Gate University, and his B. A. degree from Santa Clara University. Prior to founding WealthPLAN, PC in 1996, Mr. Doyle was a shareholder at a large San Jose law firm where he specialized in tax and estate planning, trust administration and trust litigation.
