Attorney, John F. Doyle brings to WealthPLAN, PC over five years of litigation
experience. Prior to joining WealthPLAN, Mr. Doyle worked at a mid-sized
litigation firm in Sacramento. Mr. Doyle earned his J.D. from the University
of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, in 2009 and his undergraduate
from Loyola Marymount University in 2003. Before attending McGeorge School
of Law, Mr. Doyle worked as a fund accountant for a custodial bank. He
is a member of the Santa Clara County Bar Association and the Silicon
Valley Bar Association.
Partner and founder of WealthPLAN, PC, Frank Doyle brings over 35 years
of legal experience in tax, estate planning,
probate and trust administration and litigation. He is certified by the California
State Bar as a specialist in both Taxation Law and in Probate, Estate
Planning and Trust Law.
As the office manager of WealthPLAN, PC, Mary is known as the glue that
holds the firm together. She has extensive HR and administrative experience,
both of which benefit the firm in numerous ways. Mary is originally from
Orange County and has spent over eight years actively involved in the
legal field. Previously working as a freelance tax consultant, Mary split
her time between clients on the East Coast and here in Silicon Valley.
Mary possess a rich background in accounting and office management. Her
experience spans 15 years and is vital for the daily operations of WealthPLAN, PC.
Attorney Heather Ledgerwood is an accomplished estate and trust administration
lawyer, who is also highly experienced in handling various tax law matters.
Graduating from U.C. San Diego with her B.A. in psychology, she went on
to receive her J.D. from Golden Gate School of Law. In addition, during
her time there, she received an L.L.M. in Taxation and Estate Planning.
Focusing mainly on handling stale trusts, she is adept at dealing with
all types of legal matters related to estate planning, tax law and trust
Attorney Brian E. Qualls is our newest addition to our firm. He has been
practicing estate planning law for over a decade. He received much of
his initial training from the founder of WealthPLAN, Francis Doyle, and
went on to work with a couple of mid-sized law firms before ultimately
starting his own practice. Over the years, he maintained a relationship
with WealthPLAN, which included a referral relationship as well as an
Of Counsel relationship.
