MARY BETH ANCONA

Paralegal and co-founder of WealthPLAN, Mary Beth Ancona has worked in the estate planning field her entire career and as the estate planning drafting/implementation paralegal for Frank Doyle for nearly twenty years. As co-founder of WealthPLAN, she brings a keen understanding of the importance of client relationships and a strong commitment toward implementing the WealthPLAN philosophy.

At WealthPLAN, Mary Beth is responsible for establishing and meeting deadlines, drafting the recommended documents, forming legal entities, and coordinating with other professionals on the project. More

JEAN CLAUDE B. MALLEIN, JR.

Attorney, Jean Claude B. Mallein, Jr. brings to WealthPLAN significant knowledge and experience in tax, estate planning, probate and trust administration and litigation.  JJ brings prior experience in real estate transactions, tax controversy matters, and like-kind exchanges. He is licensed to practice law in California and is a member of the Trust and Estates and Taxation section of the California State Bar. He is also a member of the Santa Clara County Bar Association, Silicon Valley Bar Association, and the Contra Costa County Bar Association. More

ANN K. CRAIG

Attorney, Ann K. Craig, brings to WealthPLAN a substantial business background, as well as extensive legal experience and education. She has worked in the Estate Planning and Trust and Estate Administration fields for over six years.  She is licensed to practice law in California and is a member of the Trusts and Estates section of the California State Bar. She is also a member of the Santa Clara County Bar Association and the Silicon Valley Bar Association. Ann earned her L.L.M (Master of Laws) in Taxation, with an emphasis in Estate Planning, from Golden Gate University, School of Law. She received her J.D. degree from Lincoln Law School of San Jose, and her B.S. degree, with honors, in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.

LAUREL C. ESSEFF

Paralegal, Laurel C. Esseff graduated cum laude from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo with a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Science. She focuses primarily on post mortem administration, probate, conservatorships, and estate litigation, and she is responsible for assisting in the preparation of various trust and estate administration documents, marshalling decedent’s assets and providing client support and service. In addition to furthering her education through paralegal courses at West Valley College, she frequently attends continuing education seminars through the Silicon Valley Bar Association.  Ms. Esseff is fluent in Spanish, and is also a Notary Public.
