FRANCIS BURTON DOYLE, ESQ.
Partner and founder of WealthPLAN, Frank Doyle brings over 35 years of
legal experience in tax, estate planning, probate and trust administration
and litigation. He is certified by the California State Bar as a specialist
in both Taxation Law and in Probate, Estate Planning and Trust Law.
JOHN F. DOYLE, ESQ.
Attorney, John F. Doyle brings to WealthPLAN over five years of litigation
experience. Prior to joining WealthPLAN, Mr. Doyle worked at a mid-sized
litigation firm in Sacramento. Mr. Doyle earned his J.D. from the University
of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, in 2009 and his undergraduate
from Loyola Marymount University in 2003. Before attending McGeorge School
of Law, Mr. Doyle worked as a fund accountant for a custodial bank. He
is a member of the Santa Clara County Bar Association and the Silicon
Valley Bar Association.
HEATHER LEDGERWOOD, ESQ.
Attorney Heather Ledgerwood is an accomplished estate and trust administration
lawyer, who is also highly experienced in handling various tax law matters.
Graduating from U.C. San Diego with her B.A. in psychology, she went on
to receive her J.D. from Golden Gate School of Law. In addition, during
her time there, she received an L.L.M. in Taxation and Estate Planning.
Focusing mainly on handling stale trusts, she is adept at dealing with
all types of legal matters related to estate planning, tax law and trust
NICOLE RAMOS TAKEMOTO, ESQ.
Since she began her legal career in 2008, Attorney Nicole Ramos Takemoto
has been practicing estate planning and estate administration. She is
skilled in preparing all necessary documents and has worked with a diverse
range of clients in all types of cases, including complext trust administration
and probate. She received her B.A. in Legal Studies from U.C. Santa Cruz
and her J.D. from Golden Gate University, School of Law. She also has
an LL.M. in Taxation with honors from the same.
Jared J. Weinman
Jared has practiced in the areas of tax, nonprofit, corporate and estate
planning since graduating from UCLA School of Law in 2012. His experience
includes advising clients on nonprofit formation and tax-exemption, corporate
formation and governance, tax planning and controversy, and basic and
complex estate planning.
MARY K. DOYEN
As the office manager of WealthPLAN, Mary is known as the glue that holds
the firm together. She has extensive HR and administrative experience,
both of which benefit the firm in numerous ways. Mary is originally from
Orange County and has spent over eight years actively involved in the
legal field. Previously working as a freelance tax consultant, Mary split
her time between clients on the East Coast and here in Silicon Valley.
Mary possess a rich background in accounting and office management. Her
experience spans 15 years and is vital for the daily operations of WealthPLAN.
