Partner and founder of WealthPLAN, Frank Doyle brings over 35 years of
legal experience in tax, estate planning, probate and trust administration
and litigation. He is certified by the California State Bar as a specialist
in both Taxation Law and in Probate, Estate Planning and Trust Law.
JOHN F. DOYLE, ESQ.
Attorney, John F. Doyle brings to WealthPLAN over five years of litigation
experience. Prior to joining WealthPLAN, Mr. Doyle worked at a mid-sized
litigation firm in Sacramento. Mr. Doyle earned his J.D. from the University
of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, in 2009 and his undergraduate
from Loyola Marymount University in 2003. Before attending McGeorge School
of Law, Mr. Doyle worked as a fund accountant for a custodial bank. He
is a member of the Santa Clara County Bar Association and the Silicon
Valley Bar Association.
HEATHER LEDGERWOOD, ESQ.
Attorney Heather Ledgerwood is an accomplished estate and trust administration
lawyer, who is also highly experienced in handling various tax law matters.
Graduating from U.C. San Diego with her B.A. in psychology, she went on
to receive her J.D. from Golden Gate School of Law. In addition, during
her time there, she received an L.L.M. in Taxation and Estate Planning.
Focusing mainly on handling stale trusts, she is adept at dealing with
all types of legal matters related to estate planning, tax law and trust
NICOLE RAMOS TAKEMOTO, ESQ.
Since she began her legal career in 2008, Attorney Nicole Ramos Takemoto
has been practicing estate planning and estate administration. She is
skilled in preparing all necessary documents and has worked with a diverse
range of clients in all types of cases, including complext trust administration
and probate. She received her B.A. in Legal Studies from U.C. Santa Cruz
and her J.D. from Golden Gate University, School of Law. She also has
an LL.M. in Taxation with honors from the same.
MARY BETH ANCONA
Paralegal and co-founder of WealthPLAN, Mary Beth Ancona has worked in
the estate planning field her entire career and as the estate planning
drafting/implementation paralegal for Frank Doyle for nearly twenty years.
As co-founder of WealthPLAN, she brings a keen understanding of the importance
of client relationships and a strong commitment toward implementing the
